You have to get the Turkey holiday meals over with before the Haggis time comes round
Here is what I'll be roasting this first day of 2007 ... and it will last me a month or more I'm sure
This turkey was a Christmas gift from my landlord!!!! It doens't fit the roaster I have (just gave my bigger one to my daughter for Christmas) My landlord said the turkey is about 13 lbs ??? I dunno. No weight is marked on it that I can see.
I'll roast the bird and enjoy some for dinner, and strip/portion and freeze the rest, for ready turkey for cooking and sandwiches. Turkey ..... up the yin yang for some time to come!!!
