Recovery from St Jerome.....
Lets set the stage......
....tip for the location of the truck(s) came from Hanno
We started our day at -27 Celsius, our coldest recovery yet, and last I hope for the Winter.
Connextions for the trailer were frozen and we used an electric paint stripping gun to thaw things out.... 2 hours we were in St Jerome...... stange hardly a soul on the roads.
The lot included a 50% complete resto of a C15a with yet to run rebuilt 261...... extra tranny, 2 rads, extra trasnfer case.... almost enough to make a second truck including the extra rolling chassis.
Best frame was sandblasted and done in two part epoxy... sheet metal very straight.... minimum Swiss cheese rust.
Basically took two trailer load and two pick up truck load...
First picture.... proud new father with baby.....
