Yes the pedal cluster is totally different on the early cab 11 and 12 but should bolt on the cab 13 frame... probably with a few more holes drilled.....

The front of the early cabs do have two connections on the front end of the arches.... they bolt on to a inverted U channel that in turn bolts to the frame.....

Steering box...... never noticed they were different angle.... which implies that they must be bolted with different cast based ... so if that is so tranplanting the steering bracket from the cab 11/12 that bolts on the frame of the cab 13 along with the steering box
should correct the angle.... never did notice this before... must investigate further and document with camera.
