Please be advised that to our knowledge, there is no master list of all those hundreds of thousands of Canadians who served overseas in whatever capacity. If you had a regiment it would be a start, but even then, our Privacy Act forbids the dissemination of private information to non-family members - even if he were still alive, he would have to grant written permission to get a copy of his OWN service record!

I fear, Brian, that in the absence of further information on this chap, you have little chance of finding him. May we ask, though, what this is related to?
