[cletrac (RIP)]

This one had to wait for the next trip. The census # on the door is L 42-1-2039 so it's an early cab 13. What does the L mean? The motor turns over so it should be easy to get running. It has 1986 license plates on it.
The fire truck has a 2 speed transfer case in it for the PTO to run the pump. The deck under the tank is the remains of the CMP box but I don't know which model it would have been. The frame has been lengthened too so I'll use the frame off one of the parts trucks. When we loaded it one rear brake was siezed up but when we unloaded it it dropped about a foot and that broke it loose. When I make a 2A1 box for the C15 I'll have to make two of everything and end up with one for the Ford too. Either that or turn it into an Umbau-wagon.
The truck on the front of the trailer has a lengthened frame too. It has a 20000 or 30000 pound Garwood winch mounted behind the cab so it was likely used as a tow truck. It says Stewart Valley, Sask on both doors.
The blue box sitting upside down on the carrier is your typical Cab 13 box. There's a square hole cut out of the floor where they had a winch. It was a tow truck at Melfort, Sask.
The carrier hull has been really butchered. The tracks aren't worn too bad and the rubber on some of the road wheels is chewed up. The tranny and rear end are there along with two good gas tanks. I'm trading one of the Cab 13s for another bunch of carrier parts including a better hull but no armour. It has good road wheels, radiator, oil coolers, dash, seats, etc so I might be able to get it running.
