Hi Les;
What you have found is another photo of the first pilot self-propelled version of the Inglis quad-mounted 20mm anti-aircraft gun, which is mounted on a GMC unarmoured 6x6 chassis. These photos were taken in March 1943 at the John Inglis plant in Toronto. Although a large quantity of this SP version were ordered, the contract was cancelled before deliveries in quantity started.
