More than a passing acquaintance... I consider Charmion a very dear old (in the sense of how long we've known each other
) friend.
She is one of the most erudite and intelligent women I have ever met and works very hard to educate and entertain by cramming a huge amount of information into 800 words when she writes her column, "Fourth Dimension" in the Maple Leaf newpaper. The best part of the paper and the first part I read in each volume.
We are hoping she will publish the stories in book form someday.
