I believe these tires are 1/8 - 3/16 inch too small to fit our 16 Inch C30 & C15 WWII CMP wheels.

That concurs with Mike Kelly's measurements in the thread
9.00 X 16 U.S. versus British wheels. For me it puts an end to the debate on why these tyres & rims don't mix & match: it isn't so much a case of the 0° versus 5° degree bead angles, but the considerable difference in bead diameter. Period.
Somehow only the 8-lug 16" wheels are different in size, the 6-lug 16" and 20" wheels have the same size as American ones.
