The 1938 I can understand was a Flint-sourced body, as alsoa ssembled in Oshawa, Ontario, and even available in the UK! The '47 I query as to whether it is a Stockholm Plant modification. Until 1956 Model Year General Motors Nordiska assembled Chevrolets, as well as Opels, et al, and completed them in a more luxurious condition that as sold in North America. From 1957 they became a 'reconditioning' plant, taking in built-up cars and adding chrome bits and pieces, adding two-tone paint and the like.

The car in Russia may have been assembled in Antwerp and seized, or, as a standard '39 car has turned up in Kazakhstan, one that was assembled by Lilpop, Rau i Loewenstein in Warsaw.
