Not being up on all the different types of aircraft poop containment mechanisms, I would hazard a guess that it is a holding tank that is pumped off at the end of the flight by a sewage truck or vacuum hose connected to the airport. Not unlike draining a camper grey water tank. I would also imagine after being up at 35,000 ft , the tank would smell really HIGH.
