I actually AM on some sort of diet ... have tossed ALL toxic meds finally, recently, except for painkillers through the roughest parts, and am researching and trying to come up with more natural and less toxic ways of handling things, including diet changes and searching what else I can try. Tim Tams and the like treats are great drugs, but am trying to avoid them at the moment, at least until I get things manageable again. Wish me luck for success in this and that will be the best borthday gift ever
