Default WOT2 models

Having just written about them in the last of my series on the 1939-40 WD Trials Report for ROADSCENE magazine, I can add the following which was taken from two sources including the Ford of Dagenham ID chart from 1942:

WOT2A: G/S Infantry Truck ‘short pedal’ with open cab and a sheeted rear body (no tilt frame)

WOT2B: as the A model but with a fixed tilt frame covered rear body referred to as a van body

WOT2C: an evolution of the A model, but with ‘long pedal’ and other small changes

WOT2D: as the B model, but with windscreen changes again. Still with a tilt frame and cover

WOT2E: Infantry truck with fully-enclosed all-weather steel cab with canvas canopy & side curtains and full windscreen, wooden body, tilt frame and cover

WOT2F: as E but without the tilt frame and cover

WOT2G: Van with all-weather cab with canvas canopy & side curtains and fixed tilt

WOT2H: Infantry Truck appears similar to the E but with wood drop sides body (top half) and tailboard, demountable tilt
