Hi Grant, I figured you'd have the books handy. I suspect only the latest model bumper (C29Q-17757) had holes for the familiar clevis brackets (they are listed along with this late bumper in the parts books). I now suspect earlier Fords had no clevis brackets; like the early bumper that I have. It is listed for all early models 15, 30, 60 CWT and G.T. The familiar clevis brackets have a hole pattern 3" wide and 1.5" high. These holes are also used with special spacers to mount the spring bumper bar. My 13 Cab Chev has the same 3" x 1.5" hole pattern for the clevis brackets (but clevis's are horizontal instead of vertical on the Ford) which bolt to frame rail brackets.
