Well, the first thing they had to learn is how to make your bed or how to roll your Swag. 3 of them were sleeping in the back of the trucks. Mostly the heavy snorers.
For most of them, making their own bed wasn't too easy, think the have well trained wifes back home.
Setting up the 3-man tent was another challenge, but with me sleeping in the tent and therefore beeing the CinT (Commander in Tent), we sorted that out quite good in the first few days.
