These buckets are supposed to be from an MB. They don't look the the "headlight buckets" I have found for sale on line. SO...
1) what is the proper terminology for these?
2) Are they considered a body part or an electrical part?
3) what are they from?

ANy help would be much appreciated.
1) Headlight mounting with bowl & retaining ring.
2) Electrical part.
3) Not 100% certain. They look similar to the M38/M38A1 headlight units, but there are a few differences. My best guess is early civilian jeep (CJ2A, Cj3A, CJ3B). The attached photo is from a US Navy CJ V35/U, which was essentially a CJ3A with some modifications for military use.
