Yes that's an engine number beside the order number. A Sydney assembled vehicle, it typically doesn't have a build date.
How are you going to eliminate them? One mouthful at a time, like those people who ate cars for a stunt?
WO71 is a new one for the list too.

I wish someone would come up with the decoder for all that stuff!
