Default Gear lever questions

Hi Guys(used non discriminantly) I have some questions about gear levers.
Which reverse lock out levers are British and which are Canadian?
There is a longer steel one and a short alloy one. I though the alloy one was Canadian, but not sure. They have a very small winged emblem cast on them that appears to have an "0" between the wings.
Maybe the alloy one is Ford? It looks pretty much the same as a Ford or Dodge truck lock out lever that was around for years.
I have other bits that vary from that linkage. First the dog at the bottom of the rod. Some are pressed steel, others are fully machined. Also the loop that puts downward pressure on the spring. Some are just a shaped bit of flat steel while I have another which is fully machined.
I will edit with some photos in the next day or so.
