I agree: the dashboard-panel is Ford, that sure,
the radiator cap also indicates that it's a Ford.
the tanks seem to Ford too.
I think it's a cwt 15, not sure, perhaps better photo's would show more, but i have a lot of question's about the backside, selfmade? And that mirror!
The cabine is a 11, that's sure, and a very early one too! (no vent-holes!)
