Hello Mel
There is a vast quantity of archival material re WW2 and postwar located at the " Library and Archives Canada" . You can access the material the internet and use their finding aids, Be forwarned however that there are thousands of pages of in formation, much of it not well sorted and with little clues to con tent beyond a general topic. Further, ex military records need to be screened by an Acess to Information official before you can actually see it. Finally, you need to make a visit to see the paper or jus order copies of it all and take your chances, which could get expensive. Hope this helps...Bob
