Hi Dave, It carries 108 mortars ( 52 each side ). The base plate is for dismounted use. I do have an original, but a different style so I fabricated that one as per the pictures I have. It is a very uncommon style. I must also add i'm very impressed with your carrier and standard of workmanship.
