My guess is a Ford with a Chev front bumper. Ford has four holes for the bolts that hold the grille guard and Chev uses two. You can see where the guard was bolted on the front of the bumper too.
It's a Ford radiator with the outside ends sloping back and the cap going through the hood.
Chevs have a bigger hole in the sheetmetal for the crank to go through too.
The dash is definitely Ford.
It looks like the curve of a Chev rear end under the bumper but that doesn't mean anything on these early models ( no vents) anyway.
It looks like you can see the front spring hanger just behind the gas tank so that would make it a 15 cwt.
