There is an interesting thread on this forum at the moment regarding an owner who is being told he cannot register his vehicle in the UK because it is over 2.5 metre wide.
The DVLA have been trying to enforce this rule unsuccessfully for years, but if the law has now changed which they are claiming, this will obviously affect the value of any vehicles not already registered in the UK.
