The grand total of pre-registered particpants at the moment is 246. 173 vehicles and 73 without vehicles. In 2008 there were 125 pre-registered participants in total and we ended up with 179 vehicles on the Saturday.
Upon arival come and pay your meal money so you are then guaranteed a feed on the Saturday night.
I have told the Mayor to expect at least 200 for the Civic Reception and I have increased the numbers of people expected for the Sunday night Carvery to approximately 100.
