Only just saw your message re passing through Kingston. I shall unfortunately be in the US from tomorrow 'til Mon night 4th May so shall miss you. How about giving me the name and phone of your contact in RMC and after I get back I can arrange to get the cover to him - in a mouse-free container hopefully!
