I have ONS carrier sprockets to replace my worn ones but instead of using my new old stock I have approached and engineering company to laser cut new sprockets on there cnc machine using my old new stock as templates the metal they are made of is e & N8 normally used for sprockets and a tensile strength 500 - 800 n/mm2 carbon steel. this is what the original sprockets are made off.
Is any body interested in any I have had a price of £460 + vat for a set of 4 but im thinking if i get more people on bored then we might get a better price? of course this dose not include delivery/postage
please let me know
Thanks Richard Salter
