Checking the basic dimensions, you will find these are not the same. As the bearing number (somehow) denotes the type and dimensions, many manufacturers use the same bearing number - those that adhere to the I.B.I., International Bearing Interchange guide, anyway. So the numbers without the letter prefixes are your starting point.
Did some more googling, found this hit for Timken 399A with cross references to other manufacturers:
https://www.sp-spareparts.com/en/p/399-a-timken?_q=399A, including Ford C11Q1216 indeed.
Any good bearing supplier should be able to sort you out?
