Ah ... yum. That's just how Mom used to fry fish Garry Floured and fried ... that is when she wasn't doing the boiled sunfish, onions and potatoes which stunk up the house forever, but tasted SO good! She often "snared" the fish for our dinner I miss my Mom's cooking ... and her ... a couple of days ago was the 16th anniversary of her sudden death from heart-attack at age 61 ... maybe Mom and my sister Susie are having a fishfry up there, for the good old days I like to think so.

Never ate catfish that I can recall though, just too ugtly for my "taste"
