Hi Tom,
That is good to know the REME K6 is still going well, it was restored around 1989. I have driven it to and from several shows back in the 90's.

Re. your mate's K6 rear axles, it is very important to have the correct oil in them as they are worm and pinion, with a bronze pinion gear. It must be SAE140 gear oil in there. Do not use an EP oil as it will damage the bronze components.
