Serial?
Does the car have its original engine and thus its "serial number"? We can tell from that although a photo of the front end would also i.d. which year and whether it's a Ford or even rarer Mercury rhd car. Surely it was an export car, to England when new and thus would justify markings appropriate to the period in England, e.g. Canadian Military HQ, or units?
