Good Morning,

I am in discussion with the organiser of the above event and how the addition of military vehicles into it could be developed.

I am very keen to point out that my fishing expedition on this forum surrounding insurance was partially because of this event and I would like to thank Les Fisher and Terry Witiuk for guiding me on where that is applicable and what role the OMVA can play in our hobby.

The event runs September 14 - 17, 2017 and just exactly what we can do is based on who wants to come (weather is the big issue).

The event organiser is currently away on vacation for a few weeks so there wont be much to report for a while.

What I am looking for is expressions of interest from MV owners as to what vehicles they might bring and would they be interested in attending for one day or camp overnight and make it two days.

As to whether there is covered space is still up for discussion as is the subject of tracked vehicles and if there might be meals available and perhaps a stipend for attending or a sponsorship in place of that.

It is a totally new engagement in the Kingston area and anyone with experience as to what makes it enjoyable at other fairs would be appreciated.

As I say, all in the early stages but doesn't hurt to put it out there.
