Do we agree that the '3' and '5' are indedd March and May respectively? Otherwise why would the second digit be so close to the year?
I do think that "3" and "5" do mean March and May. Do you have a pic of the plate for -275? I suspect that the plate's date should actually read 5-4-43 for 5th April.
