Hello James.
They are a slotted pan head machine screw, 8-32 x 1/4-inch, with matching internal toothed lock washers.
You may end up needing to find 1/2-inch ones and trimming them back. Clearances inside the PSU Case will be critical, to allow for its safe removal from its case with the calibrator mounted.
