RECOURS COLLECTIF SAAQ VEHICULES MILITAIRE, the MV owners group in Quebec have had their first meeting with government officials and possibly made some progress in having the new C plate changes reconsidered. Great News and good luck with their ongoing efforts to get this repealed or changed.
