Hi Rick,
It does look like a Aveling Barford dumper, one of those which was built around a Standard Fordson tractor of the time. The trailer has the four-in-line knock out wheels at the back, and could well be a Scammell or Taskers type. This was the common type of low loader used through to the Sixties for carrying track laying equipment.
