That was exactly what I though at first....but if you compare the pic of post #5 with the picture of the manual that Jordan posted, you will note that it does indeed have the bins on the left and the hose to the right, so the picture is not printed back to front.
@ Mike. Were the CS8's always fitted with that full oval water tank? Not the oval tank with flat sides as fitted to later Bedford MWC's?
I spotted a MWC water tank in a farmers field in Western Belgium a few years ago.
