With ZIP discs it seems you get what you pay for. I used a bunch of 2 3/8 oilfield tubing making a commercial greenhouse for my daughter. I started with a 14" DeWalt disc and cut off over 80 of the pipes before discarding it. Next I used a no-name and it lasted for a half dozen cuts then there was nothing left. A Forney made about a dozen as did a Makita so I found another DeWalt. After 50 or so cuts it's still going strong. Lesson learned!
