Hi

The second hole at the top of forward shoe doesn't show up in my manual. This could be the problem, will dig through my HUP photos and see can find something that might help.

Looks like have new parking brake cables, are you getting full travel? Can you take a picture of the other end? Also did you adjust the service brakes fully and do they work?

Keep up the progress reports enjoy watching your HUP project.
