If I go back through the releated threads I see the correct info was there, but I did not help by muddling it up. The sheet clearly shows
C01Q-1190B to be a 5" seal and part number 49998.
I am inviting you to share your updated spreadheet, on the thread "
Modern part numbers for CMPs", to add to the body of knowledge on MLU. Indeed the original spreadsheet was not without faults, but this is work in progress, each MLU member going back and forth finding out the correct modern replacements.
