The plate you have displayed there must be early war. I have the plate for my truck and it is aluminum. It is in very good shape so I don't think I need this one. It still needs to be cleaned and riveted back into place so it can be seen clearly but here is mine. Curiously the plates are slightly different in what they say. (Probably because mine is a Ford)
I would say buy it and the ship it to Owen, if he needs one, this is not a common piece to find in a random shop....
Since you asked the filter tops cost me $800 for the pair. They are setup to pump water if someone ever actually wanted to use them for the pumps. My thought was it might be cool to use them if down the road I found a power pump to go with the truck.
