The roof was carried outside and the rear body stood up. From that position I was able to remove the entire floor which also needs replacing and unpick the welds holding the rear guards. The guards only need sandblasting and a tidy up and they can be refitted. The frame the body had been sitting on was then able to be used to position the cab to work on. First I welded some more sheetmetal to the frame to keep the pillars in situ. Then the rear floor sections were cut and matched up and repaired.
