I don't think there are any LED conversions available in 6v, but there are Quartz Halogen globes in 6v that can be fitted to H4 headlight inserts (again, see Mac's). Light output is much higher than the original incandescent globes, but not as bright as the modern LED or HID setups that are getting around.

Be aware too that the wattage of 6v globes appear lower than 12v, but the current is doubled ie a 35w 6v globe will draw twice the current as a 35w 12v globe. The wiring on a 6v vehicle is a heavier gauge, and can support much more powerful globes, if you convert to 12v.
