Good day Ian! If you check back in the Jan for sale or trade, a post came up "CMP sale in Ontario" or words to that effect. It was about this very yard. They had advertised last summer that they intended to get rid of some stuff. There were a few including my self that visited the yard. I attached an air photo of the yard in that post just to give you an idea of the size.
