As I mentioned in your other thread this is a F60L - the data plate is from an Aust No2 Ambulance and was usually positioned on the engine cover so this has probably been swapped with another truck. All the ambulances had typical late pattern features such as 'FORD CANADA' on the front shell, lifting flanges and also canvas doors. That one has the typical 3-ton GS body fitted to long wheelbase trucks. The spare wheel carrier will need to be modified to fit 16" wheels.
Will have a look for your ARN next time I'm at the Memorial. It will list an engine number (which doubled as the chassis number for Fords) and also where it was issued and disposed of.
