The earliest trucks used the brown gauges, and the Cab 13s were over to the grey coloured gauges as far as I have ever seen. Here is a link to a nice brown set, albeit pricey:

When I got my first cmp about 25 years back, I was picking parts at the local MooseJaw collectors salvage yard, and asked the owner about gauges. He took me up into the second floor of one of the sheds, and pulled out a 24x24 tray full of NOS Ford Gauges. At $5 a gauge, I happily bought enough for 2 or3 trucks.
