A couple of things.
Not sure if it is my computer but some of the photos in Ram I and II seem to overlay the text.
I would like to thank Bill Miller who has supplied me with much of the information I have. I have just compiled it into a sortable Excel spreadsheet format.
Thanks also to Clive for some great work in getting this altogether.
