I have recently been sent a list of tank names used by the Canadian Army during WWII for:-
- HQ Squadron 5 Armoured Brigade
- Lord Strathconas Horse
- 8th Princess Loiuses ( New Brunswick ) Hussars
- British Columbia Dragoons
Could anyone please tell me the tank types used in HQ Squadron for the Brigadiers tank, Brigade Rear Link, OP tanks, Number 1 Protective Troop.
- LSH, Recce Troop, Ammunition tanks and Recovery tanks,
- 8th Princess Loiuse, Recce Troop and Recovery tanks,
- BCD, Recce Troop, Ammunition tanks and Recovery tanks,
I am assuming that the gun tanks were either Sherman IB, Sherman V and Firefly.
