I did check into rebuilding down this neck of the woods and I was quoted $430.00 to $440.00 for a Carter W1. I used this firm years ago and was very satisfied. Another option that occurred to me today was a firm I have used recently (C8A return brake spring). They are located in Missouri USA and attached is a copy of their carb list.
