Chev C15?

Hi all, since loosing my Ford in the fire I have been looking around for something else and heard of a c15 for sale. I was unable to go and see it myself but a mate who was near it took some pictures for me. I have attached them for your opinions as I do not know very much at all about the CMPs but I am sure this is not what it is supposed to be. I think it has been a wireless truck that someone has removed the box from and added their own version of a body. Am I half right ?
