The little 2-inch rounds really get moving fast, especially once they arc over and start coming back down. Link attached has my wife firing with me down range. These were light loads we made so the rounds would only go about 200 yards with a 70 degree angle. Hotter cartridges can easily put them out to 375 yards at the same angle but they are tougher to find again without good spotters.

Nice thing about the 2-inch mortar like Lance is selling is they can be reactivated with ATF approval. If you can own a handgun in the USA, you can legally reactivate a mortar and won't be turned down. Federal fee is only $200, one time for life.
