Default Maple Leaf Up legacy website

I have moved the old Maple Leaf Up website onto my own domain. As the web pages are all at least fifteen years old, many of the links pages no longer work as websites come and go. Even though no longer maintained, the information contained therein is still valuable. The primary goal is to make the information available to the public – compare it to out-of-print books and magazine back-issues made available through a public library.

The Maple Leaf Up website was established in 1998 by the late Geoff Winnington-Ball. Its main subject is The Story of the Canadian Army Overseas during WW2.
Geoff sadly passed away in December 2010, leaving behind a legacy of a large group of enthusiasts, collectors and historians which he brought together via the Maple Leaf Up Forum which has been online in one shape or form since 2000.

Thank you Hanno.

On the same theme, if I wanted to pay $25 to sustain the sites on active status, what's the easiest way for me to chip in? Paypal?

Hello Terry, the best way for me is to use the PayPal link in this message: http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/sh...975#post294975
I would prefer a small monthly donation over a one-off one, as the cost of Keeping Maple Leaf Up is incurred monthly.

If that does not work for you, please email me.

Thanks in advance!

I looked at the Paypal account and remembered it has the proceeds from the sale of various parts. What better way to return the favour to the collective, than make a CAD$2.50/month recurring donation? There is about CAD$50 available, so I'll be good for a year and a half of surfing and posting.
